At Grain and Bolt, we aim to provide the best value for premium, solid-core doors. If you find the same product elsewhere for less, we will do our absolute best to match it, provided the comparison is like-for-like.

How to Request a Match

Find the Product: If you see an identical door advertised at a lower price on another UK-based online retailer, let us know before you buy.
Send the Details: Email our team with the URL of the competitor’s product page and the specific product code.
The Review: We will verify the price, stock availability, and lead times. If the details align, we will adjust our price to match.

Terms & Conditions

To keep things fair and sustainable for our business, the following criteria must be met:

Availability: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor’s website.
Identical Specification: The door must be new and identical in brand, style, core construction, size, and warranty.
Authorised Retailers: We only match prices from legitimate, authorised UK dealers. We do not match prices from marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or Gumtree.
Exclusions: This guarantee does not apply to clearance lines, discontinued stock, “end of line” sales, or trade-only promotions.
Delivery Fees: We consider the “total cost” of the door. If a retailer offers a low product price but inflates their delivery charges, we reserve the right to decline the match.
Combinations: This guarantee cannot be combined with any other Grain and Bolt discount codes or seasonal promotions.

Note on Discretion: As a specialist supplier, we reserve the right to decline a match if it falls below our cost price, if the competitor has an exclusive manufacturer deal, or if there are significant discrepancies in stock availability.
